Scope of Services:    Total management of all aspects of design, permitting, bidding and construction administration from project inception through completion.  CAA provided full-service Construction Management services to Santaluz, LLC on this 10,000 SF, one-story CMU and wood-framed fire station.  The facility is comprised of individual bunk rooms for ten crew members, toilet facilities, kitchen, dining room, day room, administration area, work room, fitness room, locker and supply space, apparatus storage, and associated site development.  Design of facility is in compliance with strict County of San Diego Design Standards as this is a developer turn-key project for and on behalf of the City of San Diego.  This project was completed in December 2003 on schedule and under budget.
