Scope of Services: Total management of all aspects of design, permitting, bidding and construction administration from project inception through completion. CAA was engaged in 1997 as owner's Construction Manager to assist and spearhead the redevelopment of the California Western School of Law downtown campus. This project, Phases 2 and 3, consisted of approximately 30,000
SF of complete internal demolition and renovation for two (2) state-of-the-art
lecture hall/classrooms and student study space at CWSL’s downtown campus. In addition to the interior renovation, a
complete exterior refurbishment of the sixty-year-old building’s facade
comprising new plaster finish, lead paint abatement and new paint finish formed
part of this project. Phases 2 and 3
were completed in September 2000 and October 2002 respectively, both on
schedule and under budget.
