Project Budget:                             $25,931,000.
Scope of Services:     Total management of all aspects of design, permitting, bidding and construction administration from project inception through completion.  CAA was engaged in November 2006 as Construction Manager for Destination Hotels & Resorts to assist in the multi-phased redevelopment of the L’Auberge Hotel in Del Mar, California.  The first phase and second phases, completed in June and November 2008, entailed the complete refurbishment of the hotel’s 120 guestrooms, guestroom corridors, five (5) meeting rooms, lobby, arrival and adult pool areas, and new restaurant.  This extensive renovation accounted for approximately $22,735,000 of the project budget.  Subsequent phases three and four, completed in August 2009, included a new spa and renovation of offices and boardroom.
