Scope of Services:     Total management of all aspects of design, permitting, bidding and construction administration from project inception through completion.  CAA was engaged in March 2002 as Construction Manager for Biosite Incorporated to assist in the development of Phase I of its new San Diego corporate headquarters.  The 354,000 SF project on a 25.8 acre parcel of land consists of two 2-story and two 3-story concrete tilt-up buildings with associated site development.  The project provides fully-completed, tenant-improved space comprised of 123,000 SF of corporate office space, 78,000 SF of research and development space, and 153,000 SF of manufacturing and warehouse space.  This project was completed in January 2006.
