Scope of Services:     Total management of all aspects of design, permitting, bidding and construction administration from project inception through completion.  CAA was the Construction Manager representing the owner for the design and construction of Phase I of a 20,000 SF art museum located in Encinitas, California.  Phase I comprised a 4,000 SF wing of the overall building comprising administration offices with a studio/exhibit space and a residential component for commissioned artists, with associated site development.  The first phase was completed in November 2007.
