Phase I of this effort entailed the design and construction of a new state-of-the-art Law Library. This facility is a 50,000 SF, four-story, steel-framed building and was constructed with zero lot-line clearance on all four elevations. It houses book stack space for an eventual
collection of 20,000 volumes, reading areas, study space, computer lab,
and library administration. Full state-of-the-art
wiring technology was installed throughout the building. This project was completed in December 1999 on schedule and under budget.
